what to expect

Begin your day with an energising Pilates session guided by triathlete and fitness instructor Kreet Kangur, awakening your body through mindful movement. Then, gather around the table for a nourishing breakfast crafted by chef Josh Winter, using seasonal ingredients to fuel your day.

The retreat concludes with a transformative sound journey led by certified yoga teacher and sound facilitator Jen Valdes, allowing you to integrate the experience through restorative soundscapes.
