what to expect

Begin your morning with a guided meditation and breath work led by yoga instructor Jen Valdes, followed by an energising mat Pilates session guided by fitness instructor Kreet Kangur.

When it's time to change gears, gather around the table for a nourishing morning tea crafted by chef Josh Winter. Finally, retreat with a grounding yin yoga session and sound journey led by Jen.

Yoga Instructor & Sound Facilitator
Jen Valdes is a certified yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator. Her teachings are a happy blend of practical and accessible movement, hands-on assists and the power of sound. Jen was born and raised in Germany.

Kreet Kangur
Triathlete, Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer
Kreet Kangur is a Queensland-based triathlete, certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Originally from a small island off the coast of Estonia, Kreet has been calling Brisbane her home since 2017.
