Absolutely! My classes are designed to welcome practitioners of all levels, including complete beginners. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility. In each class, I offer clear instructions and modifications to suit different bodies and abilities. You'll never be expected to do anything that doesn't feel right for you.
If you're new to yoga, I recommend starting with my Hatha Yoga or Restorative Yoga classes. These provide a gentle introduction to basic poses and breathing techniques. Remember, everyone starts somewhere, and my role is to guide you safely through your practice. Don't hesitate to let me know before class that you're new - I'm here to support you on your yoga journey!
