I'm a complete beginner. Are your classes suitable for me?

Absolutely! My classes are designed to welcome practitioners of all levels, including complete beginners. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility. In each class, I offer clear instructions and modifications to suit different bodies and abilities. You'll never be expected to do anything that doesn't feel right for you.

If you're new to yoga, I recommend starting with my Hatha Yoga or Restorative Yoga classes. These provide a gentle introduction to basic poses and breathing techniques. Remember, everyone starts somewhere, and my role is to guide you safely through your practice. Don't hesitate to let me know before class that you're new - I'm here to support you on your yoga journey!

You can find my up-to-date public class schedule on the Public Timetable page of this website. There, you'll see a list of all the studios, gyms and wellness centers where I currently teach, along with class times and styles.

I regularly update this page, so you'll always have the most current information about where and when you can join me for a class. If you're looking for a specific type of class or time slot, the timetable is the best place to start your search.

How do I book a class?

You can book public classes directly through the websites of the yoga studios and gyms where I teach. For a complete list of locations and times, please visit my Public Timetable page.

If you're interested in private or corporate bookings, you can reach out to me via email or by filling out the contact form below. Keep in mind that my availability varies depending on the type of session we're planning.

I may be booked a few weeks in advance, but this gives us plenty of time to prepare and ensure we create the best experience possible for you or your group.
