what to expect?

In the darkness of the New Moon, we are naturally drawn to reflection and introspection.

This unique experience combines gentle restorative yoga and sound healing to guide you through the practice of pratyahara - the conscious withdrawal of energy from the senses. As we quiet the external world, we create space to listen to our inner voice and divine the path ahead.

Jana will lead you through a nurturing restorative yoga practice, offering prompts for self-reflection and intention setting. Jen's immersive soundscape will deepen your journey inward, helping to dissolve the barriers between your conscious mind and your innermost wisdom.

Come as you are, with no expectations or pressure. Join us in this powerful practice of turning inward.

Investment: $49 / person (excl. booking fees)

"Only when you get quiet can you listen to your deepest truth and desires."

some questions & answers...

what makes sound baths a unique experience?

Unlike many other wellness activities, sound baths are a completely passive practice. All you need to do is to get comfortable and receive as your facilitator uses different instruments to "bathe" you in sound waves, creating a full-body restorative experience. The sounds are carefully curated to avoid repetitive rhythms, preventing your monkey mind from latching onto patterns.

No skills or physical fitness are required, making it suitable for almost everyone. The practice induces a deep meditative state without requiring prior meditation experience. And yes, you may even fall asleep (and that's ok too).

The benefits are numerous. Participants often report reduced stress and anxiety and improved sleep quality. Many also find that these practices boost creativity and intuition while promoting both physical and emotional healing.

where does this practice come from?

Sound baths have roots in ancient traditions and are based on principles of sacred geometry and quantum physics. The practice of using sound waves for healing derives from various ancient cultures. In modern times, scientific research has begun to validate the healing properties of sound.

While the exact origins are diverse, sound healing practices can be found in many cultures throughout history, including Tibetan singing bowl traditions, Australian Aboriginal didgeridoo healing, Native American flute ceremonies and Ancient Egyptian sound healing temples.

The modern sound bath as we know it today is a synthesis of these ancient practices with contemporary understanding of sound's effects on the human body and mind.

what do I need to bring?

To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.

An eye mask as well as a yoga bolster are optional but can enhance your comfort during the session and help you settle into a state of deep relaxation and receptivity.

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and inner discovery, and give yourself the gift of peace and rejuvenation.

Step away from the hustle of daily life and into a space of tranquillity and self-discovery. Let the healing power of sound lead you to a state of profound relaxation and inner harmony.

Space for this transformative event is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early.
