what to expect?

Join us for a journey of tranquillity and healing. The session will begin with a Yoga Nidra practice, a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and inner awareness.

This will be followed by a Sound Bath, a restorative experience using soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, ocean drums and kalimbas to balance your energy and calm your mind.

This offering is crafted as a ritual to guide you into a profound state of rest and relaxation. The sound bath will play with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air to create an experience that connects you deeply with nature's fundamental forces.

Cost: $49 / person

what makes sound baths a unique experience?

Unlike many other wellness activities, sound baths are a completely passive practice. All you need to do is to get comfortable and receive as your facilitator uses different instruments to "bathe" you in sound waves, creating a full-body restorative experience. The sounds are carefully curated to avoid repetitive rhythms, preventing your monkey mind from latching onto patterns.

Absolutely no skills or physical fitness are required, making it suitable for almost everyone. The practice induces a deep meditative state without requiring prior meditation experience. And yes, you may even fall asleep (and that's ok too).

The benefits of this combined Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath experience are numerous. Participants often report reduced stress and anxiety and improved sleep quality. Many also find that these practices boost creativity and intuition while promoting both physical and emotional healing.

where does this practice come from?

Sound baths have roots in ancient traditions and are based on principles of sacred geometry and quantum physics. The practice of using sound waves for healing derives from various ancient cultures. In modern times, scientific research has begun to validate the healing properties of sound.

While the exact origins are diverse, sound healing practices can be found in many cultures throughout history, including Tibetan singing bowl traditions, Australian Aboriginal didgeridoo healing, Native American flute ceremonies and Ancient Egyptian sound healing temples.

The modern sound bath as we know it today is a synthesis of these ancient practices with contemporary understanding of sound's effects on the human body and mind.

is this for me?
